Founded and operated by a dedicated Registered Nurse, Certified Case Manager, and Emergency Trauma Certified RN with over 28 years of extensive healthcare experience, our home is built on a strong foundation of clinical excellence and heartfelt service.
In the current role as Care and Case Manager, the primary focus is to coordinate and support patients, caregivers, and families as they navigate the complexities of the healthcare system. This includes helping them access essential resources, serving as a central point of contact, advocating for patients, developing and implementing care plans, monitoring progress, and offering education and emotional support.
As an experienced RN and certified Care Manager (CCM), the operator of Caring Grove brings a wealth of clinical knowledge and leadership to ensure high-quality, person-centered care for all residents. Each resident receives a personalized assessment, continuous monitoring, and care that is responsive to their medical, physical, and emotional needs. The RN collaborates closely with the broader healthcare team to ensure the well-being of every individual in the home.
Additionally, the founder’s extensive clinical background enables them to train and delegate tasks to appropriately qualified staff, ensuring that care is delivered efficiently, effectively, and in accordance with best practices.
